Answer: It can tilt and go up and down

Question: How wide is the seat of the chair?
Answer: Around 16 inches.

Question: I am very petite-5 feet and wonder if the chair will go low enough for me to have my feet firmly planted on the floor?
Answer: I don’t think you will have any problem. it goes quite low

Question: What’s the minimum and maximum height? what are the base and legs made out of? is the saddle pu covered, vinyl covered, or solid foam?
Answer: Min ht is 21”; max ht is 30”; memory foam covered saddle; brushed aluminum finish

Question: Are the casters and base made of plastic or metal? Is there a warranty? Can’t seem to find the company’s website. Thanks
Answer: The casters are plastic and the base is metal. There was no warranty when I purchased it and a no return policy. I’m lucky that I liked it and that it has lasted for almost a year and still going strong. Just this week I replaced the plastic casters with rubber roller blades style wheels and they are a dream.

Question: Are casters made for carpet?
Answer: Yes; works very nicely and smooth on carpet

Question: Is the memory foam seat more firm or more squishy?
Answer: It seems fairly firm.

Question: Are any of you who bought this stool using it in a dental office? I am a dental hygienist.
Answer: Yes! We have it in our office and the hygienists love it! Definitely a good product and can’t beat the price. The saddle is a bit smaller than some of the ones the dental supply companies have shown us, but those chairs are like $1500, so we tried this chair and are so happy!
